Getting to be a part of so many “firsts” is such an honor. Recently I photographed these precious newborn photos with first-time parents, Cassie and Duston, and their baby girl in my studio in Westport. It was the sweetest session. Mom and Dad were so excited, took the time to soak it all in, and now have their first family portraits with their daughter.
Reagan was sure to show me her personality from the start. Arms up and ready to go, I like to think she was excited about her newborn session! After fighting sleep for a bit and melting my heart with her baby yawns, she fell asleep and was so content for the rest of her photos.
There were lots of kisses, snuggles, and memories to last a lifetime. I am so thankful for the opportunity to photograph this sweet baby girl. Knowing these photos will allow Cassie and Duston to remember the way she stretched her toes out, how she held onto their fingers, and what it was like to take photos with their first baby for the first time. It’s all truly so special.
