I have been doing newborn photography in CT for a while now, and it’s never lost on me how blessed I am to call this my job. Not only do I get to photograph the most amazing families, but I get to snuggle babies all the time! And I can’t wait to introduce baby Dakota (or Coco as they call her) to you on the blog today!
I’ve been looking forward to meeting this sweet girl ever since Mom and Dad’s Weed Beach maternity session. She couldn’t decide if she wanted to be awake or asleep – giving me the most perfect mix of sleepy photos, and ones looking at Mom and Dad. So much personality already and I love it. Lucky for me, she’s a first year collective newborn and I’ll get to see a lot more of her over the next year!
I photographed Coco’s photos in my Darien newborn studio. To start, Mom had her hair and makeup done by Aliza Noelle Beauty. She looked absolutely stunning and you’d never a new baby was keeping her awake around the clock!
I loved the white Free People dress that Mom brought with her. Yes…we all know that I love white, but it’s because I love how simple and timeless it is, especially for newborn photos!
We have added two photos from Coco’s newborn photoshoot to their gallery wall. This will be something we work on completing over the first year. Be sure to follow along to watch baby Coco grow!
