I have another precious newborn baby girl to share with you today! Tis family came to my studio in Fairfield County Connecticut for their session and I was thrilled to work with them on documenting their first baby!
Her name is Penelope- isn’t that the cutest name? I just love it so much. Our second baby was a girl and we had the hardest time picking out a name for her. We did not officially decide on a name until the week of her birth (which is very much unlike me and my type-A personality). I don’t know why we had such a hard time with girl names, but we did. And after all the fuss over it, we ended up going with the name we had picked out if our first was a girl (which we had totally forgotten about until we found the old baby name list a year after she was born!). Do you think boy names or girl names are harder to decide on??
Anyway, I digress. Mama got her makeup done by my amazingly talented makeup artist Angelina of Beautymarked Studio. She chose this stunning off the shoulder white dress from the client closet for her session and she looked radiant!
Baby Penelope slept like a dream her entire session making it so easy for us to get lots of beautiful portraits! She has the prettiest face (just like her Mom)! I loved that big white bow on her! It’s definitely one of my favorite accessories for girls! I absolutely love those close up detail shots at the bottom where her hand is holding Mom’s finger and Dad is kissing her little toes!
