Today I’m going to start sharing a few photographs from Motherhood Sessions that took place at my studio in Darien, Connecticut. The Motherhood Event was a super special day of pampering for my clients where they received professional makeup by Beautymarked Studio, personalized wardrobe styling from the Client Closet, Swag Bags of full of goodies from local mompreneurs, yummy refreshments, custom jewelry from a local artisan M.Belle.Ish, and a bouquet of flowers from an awesome local florist and friend, Courtney with Arranged Floral Design Studio! I love showing my clients how much I appreciate them and this was a great way to do it!
Ashley and her sweet family became my client’s last year when I photographed her family at Waveny Park for her son’s first birthday! It is still one of my favorite sessions to date. I was so excited that she signed up for the Motherhood Event! She is such a sweet soul. She is a true Southern girl like myself so of course we hit it off! She and her little boy are the cutest together! He loves his Mama something fierce (isn’t that the greatest thing about little boys?!). He was really busy exploring the studio so we had to play some fun peekaboo games to keep him interested in photographs. I love how this session turned out! Doesn’t Ashley look so beautiful?! Angelina did a really natural, glowing look on Ashley and then she picked one of my most favorite Free People dresses from the Client Closet!
